Well Water Cylinder/Tank Burst! 💥 💸⏳😢

@iteles sadly, the flood we saw last week was the water cylinder that has ruptured!

I turned the power back on to see what was wrong and the cylinder has clearly got a huge gash at the back!

Please contact the supplier to activate the warranty ASAP. As this is 100% a manufacturing defect.

The gash is at the back of the cylinder that nobody can reach so it definitely wasn’t any of us or pool people that damaged it while doing maintenance.

This is P0 because it Costa us money each day we use Agere water instead of rain/well water. Thanks for making the calls to organise the replacement. 🙏🤞🏼

Called and spoke to him, likely they will only be able to come and see it next week.

Jose mentioned that it was likely not a warantee case because it was probably due to lack of a maintenance task around letting into the pump every couple of months or something to that effect. But that they would come analyze the situation and would figure out how to help us either way.
