Jump to/Navigate to Index on `FTileGroup`

I would like the ability to jump to an individual item in a FTileGroup

Replace SliverList with https://pub.dev/packages/super_sliver_list

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using a GlobalObjectKey and Scrollable.ensureVisiable, but that has negative performance issues

We generally try to avoid 3rd party packages unless absolutely necessary. Looking at superlistapp/super_sliver_list#94, it seems like maintenance isn't the best.

I think we'll adopt a wait and see approach with this one.

That's odd considering it's being maintained by a fairly well established company. Oh well, thanks anyways
