Hi, if you have files from this device, and can write the python code to read it, we can integrate it into this package. The main data required is;
Other info is nice-to-have but not required. xarray is able to read HDF5 data, which should make things a lot easier if Bandweaver formatted the dataset nicely. |

Just a check if anyone else would be interested to work with .hdt files? To be able to calibrate the DTS system and to have better visualizations of the data with this dtscalibration code.
The file format is produced by Bandweaver software (from UK as far as I know) the interface we have starter to use is named DTSCM2 . I have done some work with the raw .hdt files but as I am not an expert of DTS data, it is hard to understand the context of the whole file. The measurement intervals and temp start-end points are clear but the strokes I can ´t manage to wrap my head around anymore.
