Missing Sass Version Requirement

Including bootstrap/responsive breaks with a syntax error, coming from assets/stylesheets/bootstrap/_responsive-navbar.scss:8

My app was running sass 3.1.19, running a bundle update allowed it to jump to 3.2.1 and the error went away. I'm not sure if the max_width: variable syntax requires an upgrade to the 3.2 release of sass or not, but it seems likely that the required sass version is ~> 3.2

As commented in related initial project bug for boostrap 2.1 twbs#182 (comment) , sass 3.2 should not be a dependency right now. Should fix it by another way.

Maybe you could help me.

On line 8 in assets/stylesheets/bootstrap/_responsive-navbar.scss, can you replace the line by this one :

@media (max-width: #{$navbarCollapseWidth}) {

and tell me if it works with sass 3.1. Thanks.
