Local Cookies File

The GUI still shows ERROR trying to download some videos.

I added this
`global_args = "--cookies C:/Users/user/Downloads/yt-dlp-gui/tiktok_cookies.txt"`
and numerous variations but I still get an error.

If I use yt-dlp manually via command like and use the exact same arg, it works.  So it seems this gui is NOT working with it
