也能支持，但需要使用txt的场景是什么样的

个人习惯把 刚发现仓库的原理是先得到markdown 已经有markdown了 是不是正则处理下就能得到txt

这种情况下直接忽略呗 也是可以接受的 (比如听书的情况下)
肯定是有损的 包括一些特殊段落的 字体大小格式什么的

#111 已支持txt格式，使用-o txt参数来导出
