Setting daily, weekly and monthly time and/or profit goals

I would like something like:

muon status
Today's total time is 2:55.23: (35%)
Weekly total time is 10:00:00 (25%)
Monthly total time is: 40:00:00 (25%)

Today's total revenue is 3: (35%)
Weekly total revenue  is 18 (25%)
Monthly total revenue is: 60 (25%)

We already have muon goal which works for current month, but this is very, very basic implementation... BTW it reports remaining, not elapsed time, and I think this motivates me much better :)
