Roadmap Discussion: What features matter most to you?

We just published a detailed roadmap covering v0.3.0 through v1.0.0. Before we lock in priorities, we want to hear from the community.

Here is a quick summary of what is planned:

v0.3.0: Data-driven displacement model trained from real surgical pairs, ControlNet fine-tuning pipeline, additional procedure presets (otoplasty, genioplasty), MICCAI 2026 paper submission.

v0.4.0: Multi-view prediction consistency, video support with temporal coherence, backbone upgrade to FLUX.1-dev or SDXL at 1024x1024, clinical measurement overlay and PDF report export.

v1.0.0: Clinical validation with IRB-approved prospective study, FDA 510(k) pathway exploration, FEM soft tissue simulation, mobile capture app, DICOM integration.

Some questions to get the conversation going:

1. Which planned feature would be most useful for your work?
2. Are there procedures we should prioritize beyond the current six?
3. Would you use video prediction, or is single-image sufficient for your workflow?
4. How important is mobile capture vs. desktop-only?
5. Any clinical requirements or constraints we have not considered?

Feel free to suggest features not on the roadmap. If something gets enough interest, we will bump it up in priority.
