Hi! I just wanted to say thank you for this project.
It inspired me to finally chase a long-time dream of mine: to decompile the
T2A client (2.0.7) and rebuild it from scratch with as many improvements as I
could fit in. That grew into a whole project of its own — a 2.0.7-protocol UO
client and A* navigation bot with a software renderer that recreates the look
of the original client, written specifically to talk to your reverse-engineered
UO Demo server:
https://github.com/xrip/uo-client
If it's of any interest to you, I'd be glad to share my IDA 9 decompilation
database (IDB) of the client — it's continuously annotated as I reverse more of
it, so it might save you some time.
Thanks again for the inspiration!
