Tutorial Lacks Prerequisite of Aspire Templates

Issue Overview

Working through the Add .NET Aspire to the Store web app, under Create an app host project, the tutorial assumes the developer will have installed the Aspire Templates. There is some information in the previous tutorial (Build your first .NET Aspire solution) but nothing in this tutorial indicating you must complete them in order.

Similar to this Issue dotnet/aspire#6665, it's not clear from the CLI response why you're not able to complete this tutorial step. It would be helpful to either indicate that the template you're attempting to use is not installed, and how to find it to install it, or for the tutorial to list installation of the templates as a Prerequisite or Step.

#3923 will address this issue. I added steps to describe how to check whether the templates are present and if not, how to install them.
