[Docs] https://dora-rs.ai/docs/ returns 404 — affects all GSoC 2026 project links

Hi,

While going through the GSoC 2026 wiki to prepare my proposal, I noticed that
the docs link referenced across all 10 project descriptions returns a 404:

https://dora-rs.ai/docs/

The working URL appears to be:
https://dora-rs.ai/docs/guides/

Since all project listings in the wiki point to /docs/, new contributors
following those links will hit a dead end.

Possible fix: adding a redirect from /docs → /docs/guides in the
Docusaurus config on dora-rs.github.io.
