after #8685
should remove the delegate DN list from the REST json file https://gitlab.cern.ch/crab3/CRAB3ServerConfig/-/blob/ed7e34dd3cd4833048144643176ee22e5685acf1/cmsweb-rest-config.json#L5
and update documentation wherever this topic was referenced, including TaskWorker documentation !
