De-catkinized, de-cmaked, packaged build

This is a fork of the multisense driver, with a cleaned-up build and distribution mechanism. The bulk of the ROS mess has been removed, for superior clarity and debuggability

multisense_ros

Wrappers, drivers, tools and additional API's for using MultiSense S27, S30, KS21, SL, S7, S7S, S21, M, ST21, BCAM with ROS.
