The original Dive Into Python is years old. 7908 KB is not a huge amount of space anymore.
So, I think that, the following line :
For example, excluding the test suite will save you a whopping 7908<abbr>KB</abbr> of disk space
from installing-python.html file should be changed to
For example, excluding the test suite will save you 7908<abbr>KB</abbr> of disk space
