Audit Log Action Event

Hello, is it possible to add an Event which triggers whenever a Action is done which is usually written in the audit Log?! There is already an Event when there is an Entry created but it only triggers, when a new one is created and this happens every while. Usually it counts like:
User x disconnected 1,2,3,4,5,6,... instead of creating a new Entry but as a Dev I would need it to be triggered every time to get the Info when, for example a user gets disconnected. With that information I can see who disconnected who. Or who kicked who and so on. This would be good for logging.
