Provide video feed from voice channels to external apps

NOTE: this is not a dupe of #4591, as that talks about adding video streams to voice channel and this request is the opposite, using the video feed from the voice channels in external applications.

Being able to use the video feed / screen sharing in external applications would be really useful, e.g., integration with streaming software such as OBS or StreamLabs. Currently, you have to capture the screen and crop the area to the position of each of the participants or the shared screen, and if any of the members exits the channel or the screen is no longer shared the whole setup breaks down.

I would also love this. Plenty of discussion around bots sending video, but I’m interested in streaming video from a discord channel into a custom client.

I’d love to write a client for my TV to watch a friend streaming in our discord server.

I've also been looking into this and would love to see more support for it. I understand it might conflict with some of the security, but I know there is also a safe workaround; maybe though the gamesdk?
