I think when bots add new commands it should display some sort of text/icon showing that its a new added command or even for updated commands showing updated status.

I don't think that this last part is a good idea. I often update commands not to change any functionality about them, but just to update the list of choices for an argument. I don't think it's at all needed to inform the user about that.
