When & / ampersand is in the heading, the layout doesn't look well. It happened before in a recipe https://dilmahtea.me/en/healthiest-oatmeal/ with the heading "Is oatmeal vegan & gluten-free?
" instead of "Is oatmeal vegan and gluten-free?"

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Strapi and change the heading of "Is oatmeal vegan and gluten-free?" with the ampersand
2. Wait for the build
3. Look at https://dilmahtea.me/en/healthiest-oatmeal/ and scroll trough the heading.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Layout as designed, even when using ampersand in headings.
