  Second release after v0.1.0. Focus: complete the egress contract and close v0.1.0 known limitations — Webhook egress channel (4th exit), MCP push (resource subscriptions / lifecycle notifications, #197), and test coverage for the TextExtraction orchestrator, OCR providers, and HttpApi. Scope is provisional; the SQL-Server-only filtered-unique-index portability limitation is intentionally deferred.
