Use of comma-dangle

This might be a good time to add the no trailing comma to the eslint rules. It will add more consistency in future contributions

The comma-dangle rule has many options. We current have it set to "only-multiline". Should it be changed?

I thing DB's standard is no trailing commas at all @dlongley @davidlehn

We're going to try updating to "never". A few repo tests reveal we have not been very strict. But the fixes are trivial and automated with --fix.
