Current State:

The organisation list on the Submit Service LPA Dashboard (/organisations) is currently generated using the condition:
organisation LIKE 'local-authority:%' OR organisation LIKE 'national-park-authority:%'.
This approach does not consider whether any provision reasons have been applied to these organisations. As a result, county councils appear in the list even when they have no associated datasets to provide.

Update:

The new branch modifies this logic by incorporating the provision table to check if provisions exist for an organisation. This ensures that organisations without relevant provisions—such as county councils—are removed from the list.
