Feature spec

At the moment, to prevent losing changes (e.g. editing an observation) when navigating away from a page we disable various relevant navigational elements. This is a suboptimal experience and generally pretty fragile, especially when new navigation elements or editing interfaces are introduced.

Instead, we will show a dialog that confirms that you're okay with losing any changes before navigating.
