Enlarged icon used for exchange page has cutoff on top and bottom

Notice top and bottom of the icon here:

Apparently it's caused by a limitation with how material icons are designed: google/material-design-icons#679

Best solution is probably to just get a custom SVG or graphic to use from design team.
