FreeDV is dead as of higher version 2.11.39

The last version of FreeDV (FD1600) that works correctly is 2.11.39. Any higher version comes with an error. It does not decode the signal (bug).
FreeDV version "700D" on any version of the program does not work.
If you want to do digital modulation trials you have to go back to the version: 2.11.39
