因为 CDN 有很多节点， 不可避免第一次生成渠道 diff 的 footer 文件写 NAS 的时候， 有冲突

因为 CDN 有很多节点， 不可避免第一次生成渠道 diff 的 footer 文件写 NAS 的时候， 有冲突

低概率出现， 后面可以想想有什么好的手段实现， 目前需要应用引入 ots 或者 redis 去实现
