Add version support to vscode settings .plugin files #1754
Description
Feature idea
As an IDEasy vscode user I want to be able to set the version of the plugin I want to install.
Sometimes plugins in their latest version e.g. vitest.explorer:1.48.2 are not working properly, so I need to be able to change the version to f.e. 1.44.2 instead.
Currently only the latest version of a plugin can be installed.
