Improve IDEasy status documentation #1748

The status documentation should be updated:

We should IMHO create a new quality-status.adoc file and only link that from the README.
In the new quality-status.adoc we should describe the support and state in a recent and better way.
Similar to what we have for MacOS here but for all operating systems:

In the future, when we fix such problems, we should also update the quality-status.adoc to get it greener release by release.
Additional context
Updated to quality-status.adoc since status.adoc should be reserved if we later want to document things about ide status.
