When we call api to get authcode, it returns authcode but WhatsApp has no popup to enter it. While I am doing by whatsapp web manually it is working perfectly.

The requests that web version and NOWEB send is identical 😢
Did you also try "pair via code" on the same server that WAHA works on or it's different servers (like likely laptop for web and server for waha)?
