Cgimap compilation taking a long time

Not as bad of an issue as #25 - but just ticketing so we are aware, and if we do come up with a good strategy to reduce it, great, otherwise this is fine.

It takes about 3.5 mins to build the latest cgimap from source (within a dockerfile, on my laptop at least), which I don't think is too bad.

We can probably close this 👍
