Text messages for PalmOS errors are corrupted

PalmOS error codes are beyond 0x0100, so the error codes must be masked in function dlp_strerror(...) before retrieving the text messages from exp_errorlist[] and vfs_errorlist[].
Otherwise memory an access error occurs.
