html file in place of image

sometimes it happens that I receive an html file in place of an image for some toots. It looks like:

Is this some temporary networking issue or else? Not sure if bot's bug.

thanks for reporting, it looks like the media is no longer available, and the bot is downloading the error page without realizing it is not the actual image
