从职业开发者的角度来说，一个open issue的强制关闭（不带PR）一般需要在小组会议中讨论和审批。过多的非分类issue也可能导致issue page变得难以管理。结合个人角度和如上的官方建议，我个人不建议用issue问问题，最少也应该把”questions“的tag加上。
