Log: not wait udev in uos
为提升开机性能，在initramfs里不执行udev settle，同时在启动init前
检查drm设备是否存在或者udev/queue是否不存在，满足条件说明已经显卡
已准备好，否则等待，最多等待2s
安全期间，此补丁只应用到专业版
