Unable to view, edit or delete existing Memories – server returns 500 with “Error resolving template []”

Describe the bug
After creating Memories (especially ones that include photos from Immich), I can no longer open, edit or delete them.

When I try to delete a Memory, the page fails and the server logs show a 500 error with the message: Error resolving template []

Creating new Memories still works, and the photos are correctly saved to the /data volume. The problem only appears when trying to work with Memories that already exist.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new Memory and add a couple of photos (via Immich integration).
2. Wait for it to finish processing.
3. Try to open the Memory, or try to edit/delete it.
4. The action fails (browser shows an error or nothing happens).
5. Server logs show the template error on the DELETE request to /memories/{id}.
   Expected behavior

Expected to happen.
I should be able to open, edit and delete Memories that I have already created.
The area blow text is empty, presumably where the track would be displayed
