CANT RECORD AUDIO ON ABLETON USING FLEXASIO

flexasio works just fine but when I try recording audio in ableton with monitoring off using my mic I get a blank clip

I've set the right input mic and channel and on ableton ive configured and selected the channel the audio goes through ok which can be heard and recorded when monitoring but when I turn monitoring off I get an empty clip

Hey I also have been trying ways to record audio in ableton, Have you found a way yet i know its been a lil minute since you posted but lmk if theres a way.
