I am unable to unpublish a scene from my land because it overlaps with another land owned by someone else.

I have recently bought a parcel of land in Decentraland only to discover that there is a scene on it that overlaps with the land right next to me. When I attempt to unpublish the scene from the builder, an error message appears stating that I do not have access to the adjacent parcel.

I would really appreciate if someone could advise on how to resolve this matter, as I currently cannot edit, nor do I have any control over my land.
