Provide a way to install alpha/beta/rc candidates #26

Even if in most cases we want to run stable software on CI, it would be helpful for ddev itself to be able to quickly switch to last alpha/beta/rc for testing ddev itself, and preparing projects for the upgrade if anything is needed.
