deploying of dcm4chee-arc-ear-5.26.0-psql.ear generates ldap error

Hallo,

I've configured OpenLDAP according to article at https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-light/wiki/Installation. But I get always the same error:

Mode 700 recommended.

After each try OpenLDAP service stops working.
My system is Windows 10 pro

i face an issue during deployment .
