Add Azure key vault for the Secret Management feature

Being able to manage Azure KeyVault secrets via this feature would be very helpful to eliminate access to Azure environments. As this is not the main feature of DBeaver it is understandable if this would take some time to be on the roadmap but it would be a welcome feature.
