"App Not Found" error when using Teams

This works on Microsoft 365 Agents Playground but when trying to run with Teams as the startup item, Teams throws an "App Not Found" popup. When trying to upload the app manually to Teams (with a zip of the files in appPackage), there is a parsing error.

The Agent is working in Foundry, any alternatives to deploying it on Teams?

What is the parsing error your seeing?

The popup only shows "Manifest parsing has failed." and gives a link to Teams Admin documentation.

Steps:

1. Put files in AppPackage into a single zip file
2. Go to Teams>Apps>Manage your Apps>Upload an app>Upload a Custom App>Select the zip file
   And then there's the error with this popup.
