On MacOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419), the Do Not Disturb database requires Full Disk Access permission

Maybe mention in the doc that the terminal used to run the getfocus command must have Full Disk Access permission.

Or better, find a way to give the getfocus program itself the Full Disk Access permission.
