Feature description

Over-swipe detection. When you are at the last slide and try to swipe past that a over-swipe event fires and vice verse when you swipe backwards on the first slide.

Additional Context

I tried combining different event like "pointerDown" and "settle" to capture the over-swipe but is was unreliable. I used the latest v8.
