When creating a new issue, please include:

• The version of calibre you are using
• Calibre's language setting (available in Preferences | Interface | Look and Feel | Choose language)
• Your operating system, and 32- or 64-bit, if applicable. For example:
  • Windows 7, 64-bit
  • OS X 10.8.4
  • Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit
• The version of the plugin installed
• The specific steps to recreate the problem
• A description of the problem
