Following #228 ...

Calculating mm10 peak counts for 10 samples...
peakCounts() peak coverage file fread(): Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...): To read gz and bz2 files directly, fread() requires 'R.utils' package which cannot be found. Please install 'R.utils' using 'install.packages('R.utils')'.
