[BUG] Share verification window doesn't show all the shares on a dataset

Describe the bug

With 2.7.0-rc,

On the datasets -> Shares tab, dataset owners / stewards can verify all the share item(s) in one click. The list of shares on that page doesn't show up all the shares made on that dataset.

There are 11 active shares on the dataset but only 10 are shown in the share verification window. After clicking verify button only those 10 shares are triggered for verification

How to Reproduce

Deploy 2.7.0
Create more than 10 shares on a dataset and check the list of shares after clicking the shares verification button on the dataset's page
