Tutorial redesign -- Linked with the #597 DAT Desktop v4 concept

The proposed introduction take into account:

new users, in order to try it out, may download first, rather than upload a personal file.
the guided tour could be a 'real' download and 'real' seeding, in order to make the user understand what is happening
new users might need to be 'reassured' that Dat desktop will help them to avoid downloading non verified Dat, avoid sharing content they do not want to make available.
