Remotely Controlling a Ps2 from Parsec

Hello. I've been looking for a solution to my hypothetical setup.

I found parsec is actually not bad at playing games together on emulators and thanks to modern capture cards streaming close to real time to a monitor is not a big ask.

I was hoping to find a way to set up an adapter to accept controller inputs from someone who's connected to me and using their own controller through parsec.

My first thought was maybe there was a way to map their commands to something that would forward it to the adapter?

Anyone know how I could do this?
