Will Blueretro work with generic BLE HID controller?

I have a generic BLE HID controller which connects to BlueRetro SNES but none of the buttons work.

Windows detects this controller as a 4 position 16 button.

Is there something or a way I can manually enter the buttons so they work with the Blue retro?

EDIT: I did a lot more research and it seems it may be possible to send you a debug of my controller. From the picture I attached, does it look possible for this controller can work with the Blueretro if I post the log files?

I greatly appreciate any help as I have arthritis and this is the only touch controller I can use to play my old retro games.

Can tell anything from screenshot, just try it on BlueRetro and see. It's doesn;t work make a BlueRetro debug trace.
