[dartdevc] Variable window in the debugger is showing JS type tables and helper types

See example in the picture below - TL and IdentityMapOfStringL$... are not available in dart scope and need to be hidden.

Proper solution (providing symbol tables to the debugger) is going to take some time, but maybe using a detectable naming strategy can help in the most visible cases, as a short term solution?
