Add valid copyright information

Currently, in the LICENSE file, the copyright information is not correct. It literally reads (in line 190):

Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]

Could you please add a valid year and name?

I believe that this is working as intended. That section of the license is telling people to add copyright statements at the start of new source files. You can see see an example from this repo here: https://github.com/dart-lang/mockito/blob/master/lib/mockito.dart.

Are there other repos under our org which have kept the "Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]" template? Like linter and test/pkgs/test have the date and owner. (But those weren't forked from another owner either...)

Those repos are using a different (BSD) license.

@srawlins - we'll probably want to update the contributing doc here to indicate the header we'd like for new files. Perhaps something like the 'file headers' section here: https://github.com/dart-lang/clock/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#file-headers.
